No BYO alcohol during restaurant opening hours
Rules and Regulations
KCBS competition rules apply
Teams are responsible for reading and following all KCBS rules and regulations
Each team must have a 5 pound or larger, 3-A, 40BC rated fire extinguisher near all cooking devices
The head cook is responsible for the actions of the team
By participating, competitors agree to abide by all KCBS rules and event regulations. Any significant changes to the event will be communicated to teams at least three months prior to the event's commencement.
