5:00 PM: Official Event Opening Party - Live Music, Bar and Restaurant Open

11:00 AM: Event opens to the public
12:00 PM: Chicken turn-in
12:30 PM: Pork Ribs turn-in
1:00 PM: Pork Butt turn-in

6x4 space provided for each team's competition area
Camping area included with entry
Self-contained setup required (limited power available)
Toilets and showers provided onsite
Water top-up facilities available
Ice available for purchase
Teams must participate in minimum 50 Tips for Treats (charity support)
No BYO alcohol during restaurant opening hours
Rules and Regulations
KCBS competition rules apply
Teams are responsible for reading and following all KCBS rules and regulations
Each team must have a 5 pound or larger, 3-A, 40BC rated fire extinguisher near all cooking devices
The head cook is responsible for the actions of the team
By participating, competitors agree to abide by all KCBS rules and event regulations. Any significant changes to the event will be communicated to teams at least three months prior to the event's commencement.
