How we Dirty our Birdie…

Poach your birdie until fully cooked, then throw into a bucket of buttermilk (if you don’t have buttermilk, use a Milk/white vinegar mix) with a good squirt of tobasco sauce!

Leave for minimum 2hrs to marinate (over night is the sweet spot!). Remove from buttermilk mixture when ready to eat, coat lovingly (and generously) in our Dirrrty Birdie Dust.

FRY: 3-4 Mins until crispy golden
